USES: This medication is used to treat male sexual function problems (erection problems). HOW TO USE: This drug is taken by mouth as needed between four hours and one-half hour before sexual activity (about one hour before is most effective). DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all nonprescription and prescription medication you may use, especially of: nitrate medications (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), nitroprusside (any "nitric oxide donor" medicines), cimetidine, erythromycin, azole antifungals (e.g., itraconazole, ketoconazole), mibefradil, rifamycins (e.g., rifampin), high blood pressure medicines, certain HIV protease inhibitors (such as saquinavir, ritonavir, amprenavir), delavirdine. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe dizziness, fainting, or prolonged erection.
